The Remains of Akazu-mon Gate
This gate was located at even lower elevation. The gate was a two-storied structure. The 2nd floor was used as a storage. The both sides of the 2 m wide (approx.6 ft) entrance were enclosed by stone wall. The highest portion of the stone wall was 3 m high (approx.10 ft). The gate that was normally kept closed was allegedly used for secretive entrance and exit. But no paths outbound from the gate have been found as of today.
